59|Sophia AI LLC provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist and patient communication platform for healthcare practices ("Services"). The Services are designed to assist with inbound call handling, appointment scheduling, patient intake, and related administrative functions.

62|The Services are currently offered on a pre-commercial, "beta" basis for testing and evaluation purposes. As a beta service, the Services may contain errors, defects, or incomplete features, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. The Services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind.

- Not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying technology 70|
- Maintain appropriate supervision and oversight of AI-generated outputs 71|
5. HIPAA and Data Privacy
74|Sophia AI LLC acts as a Business Associate under HIPAA when processing Protected Health Information on behalf of covered entities. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required before any PHI is processed. Our handling of personal and health information is further described in our Privacy Policy.
75| 76|6. Call Recording and Consent
77|The Services record and transcribe telephone calls. Users are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from callers and patients as required by applicable federal and state laws, including call recording and wiretap statutes.
78| 79|7. Intellectual Property
80|The Sophia AI platform, including its software, models, prompts, configurations, documentation, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Sophia AI LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Services as intended.
81| 82|8. Limitation of Liability
83|To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sophia AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services. The Services rely on artificial intelligence and automated systems that may produce inaccurate or unexpected results. Users are responsible for human review and oversight.
84| 85|9. Third-Party Services
86|The Services integrate with third-party providers for telephony, voice AI, hosting, insurance eligibility verification, and related functions. Sophia AI LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or accuracy of third-party services.

89|Sophia AI LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without liability.
90| 91|11. Governing Law
92|These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

95|We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
